Fall Ready to Wear 2009 Designer Footwear: From the Beautiful to the Bizarre

Hello and happy May my Loverlees. Hope everyone is having a wonderful weekend so far. Fall Ready to Wear 2009 is exploding on the scene with bold new designs in footwear that run the gamut from the mind bogglingly beautiful to the extremely edgy and bizarre. Gaudy embellishments, lots of suede, reptile and serpent skins mixed with satin, knit jersey (and stingray?) make for a very interesting Fall season to say the least.

Many designers have taken the fusion of art and design to new levels with looks that challenge the height of any Fa'shoe'nista's imagination. From platform sandals to cut-out booties, clearly there is no limit to the creativity of fashion's biggest names as well as the new kids on the block.

Take a gander and enjoy!

Haha! Wow, really cool shoes! Incredible designs. Thank goodness their are people who devote their lives to designing shoes.

Thanks so much for your visit. I wanted to wish you the BEST of luck getting back into illustration. A children's book -- wow! Hopefully, you'll show us a peek.... :)
